F.A.Q > After Project

Will there be a final walk-through?

Yes. Part of a good contractor is to provide the homeowner with a satisfied feeling and accurate work. The lead carpenter will walk through the project with the homeowner to assess the job. If there are any changes or alterations they will be addressed immediately and fixed.

What happens if a problem occurs after my project has been completed?

If there is a problem after your project has been completed, we want you to call us and let us know even if you are not sure the problem was caused by us. We will come out to evaluate the situation and let you know what the next steps are needed to be taken.

Will I receive any warranties from my project?

Titan stands behind all of its work. The state of Minnesota requires a two-year warranty on most remodeling work. Some portions of the work may be warranted beyond that, the contractor will provide information regarding relevant warranties and guarantees. After final billing has taken place, we will send out any and all warranties that we have on your project.

Who do I contact for future work?

We believe in our work and have full confidence that the homeowner will be satisfied. We hope the homeowner will feel that if other projects come up in the future they will contact Titan Construction. We feel that people have spent all this money on their project and should be happy and by letting their friends know of us and referring them says a lot about Titan.
